Ian Kay is a former assistant district planning officer of Wealden District Council. Don't forget that this actually happened. These were real life events, that saw an innocent man convicted of a crime that never happened.
The eleven Petitioner's were deprived of an effective remedy, the UK having removed Article 13 from the Human Rights Act 1998, to cover up corruption in local authorities.
Ian Kay worked (conspired) with David Phillips, Ashley Brown, Derek Holness, Christine Nuttal, Victorio Scarpa, Daniel Goodwin and Trevor Scott, to pervert the course of justice. A conspiracy, contrary to the Abettors Act. Many other junior staff knew what was going on, but said nothing.
